Change mobile menu icon

Hi,
I am sorry if I have missed a thread on this, but I would like to change the mobile menu icon in a website. In general I would like to know how to swap icons.
In this specific case the mobile menu icon is called kt-icon-menu3. I would like something such as kt-icon-menu5 but with slimmer lines. Is it possible to make your own icon and insert that or would I have to use one of the Pinnacle-icons?
