Change of Font size in Image Menu Item

Hi I want to change the font and font size in the “image menu item” on the home page. I have changed the font by changing the H4 font in Typography but I can’t increase the font size. It does not change size when I increase the font size in the settings. I have also tried this,
.home-message h4 {
font-size: 40px;
}
in the Custom CSS in the theme options but this does not work. Can you help me please?
