Hey Mountain Rockers;-)

We are working on a new client website and there are definately some challenges for us. One thing is to change the post navigation as seen at the bottom of the post when activated – see pic 1. There you can also see what we want to achieve. Right and left arrows with links (to a page and a pre filtered portfolio) in the middle. We already did a template override with single-entry.php and tested/changed some things – more try and error;-) – see pic 2.
But while we are playing around we thought of the best way of achieving this. Is it with an override from one or two templates or is it possible with an hooked Element. At this point we are not really getting closer so it would be much appreciated if you can give us a hint.
