Change Related Posts Post Title Font From H3 To H5

Under Appearance> Customize> Posts/Page Layout> Single Post Layout, there’s an option to “Show Related Posts”. After enabling this, it automatically adds similar posts to the bottom of every blog post. The titles of the related posts are H3. I use lots of H3 subtitles in my articles, so I want to change the related posts title formatting.
I am looking for a way to change the individual post titles within the Similar Posts section from H3 to H5. There is probably a way to do it using the Code Snippets plugin.
After the change, I would also prefer these H5 (the individual post titles within the Similar Posts section) to look like they do now (like the current H3).
