change sitewide cart icon to 'kt-icon-cart'

Hi, custom issue.I want to change the woocommerce cart button or basket button ‘s icon look in navigation or my account menu(anywhere I can see them),I think this ‘kt-icon-cart’ is better,can I replace old one with it?
I tried to use css like this one,but it won’t work.
