Changing Font Size in Product Title

Hello,
Is it possible to change the font size on part of a product title? We want the product name to be normal size but the description to be a bit smaller. *Login to see link
I tried <b>clarity</b> <h4>hand & body wash</h4> in the title and it worked on the product page but messed up the category page.
I’m wondering if custom CSS is better?
