Changing header layout

Hi,
Is there a way to change my header layout? It is close to what I want but I would like the logo all the way to the left ans the menu directly after the logo right above the slider. And then the widget right after the menu, all of them in a line. Then I would remove the topbar with the widget.

I wanted to upload a screenshot of my current header but did not see how to do this.
