Changing "shipping" in WooCommerce

I have a site that does not “Ship”, they “Deliver” their products. The word shipping is misleading to their customers. I need to change “Shipping and Handling” to “Delivery” on the cart & check out pages. I think it has to do with the template “cart-totals” but I can’t see where to change the text. Firebug indicates that the text is a TH html, but I can’t locate the file to make the change. I looked at woocommerce customizer plugin, but that doesn’t seem to help either.
