Checkout Dropdown field missing

Hi Guys,
I’ve been Googling this problem and some info has come up that it can be a theme problem – not sure if it is.
On our standard Woo Checkout page the two fields which are dropdowns (Country and State) appear for a second or two and then disappear – so the user can;t fill it in and they can’t complete the sale – any ideas?
