Checkout Page not working

After the recent updates, my checkout page has quit working. Also, my buttons on the cart page used to be orange and are now gray.

The update cart button appears to be working, but it’s gray, not orange like it was previously.
The place order button is still orange on the checkout page, but the button doesn’t seem to be working. When I click it
nothing happens.
