Child Theme

Hello,
I had the free Virtue Theme installed previously and child them off that that theme. I’ve since purchased the premium theme and have tried to change my child’s style.css to point at that, but I don’t get any of the premium features (as if its still parenting to the free theme, i.e., no shortcode button etc.) Here is my child theme’s css header:

Anything I’m doing wrong?
