clash with Woocommerce Deposits plugin

This website has the Virtue Bold theme and also uses this Woocommerce Deposit plugin: *Login to see link
When either Virtue or Virtue Bold are activated, the website crashes (see attached image).
This is the case even if Woocommerce and the deposit plugin are the only plugins activated.
When TwentyNineteen is in place, all runs smoothly.
Could you please see if you can find the reason for the clash?
It is a recent issue – it was working fine up until about Tue/Wed last week.
