Class on page scroll ?

Hey Ben hope all is good with you?
There is a “.sticky-wrapper.is-sticky” class available for the header when the sticky header is switched to on and the user scrolls the page.
However, there does not appear to be any way to access this outside of the header when the page is scrolled. For instance, if I want to adjust .page-header margins when the .is-sticky is active, that’s not easy without JS because the .is-sticky class is confined to the header.
I can use something like the below to add a class on scroll, but just curious to know if there is another theme built-in html or body class that I can access and use on page scroll ?
