click not possible on tablet

Hi, as you can see in the screenshot, if i am in a table with good resolution the site doesn’t display in mobile mode, and that is ok, but the cart icon seems not not fire the click event… if you click exactly where the green right arrow is….
that happen only on table since i put this
ul#kad-head-cart-popup {
display: none !important;
}
so, can you suggest another way to don’t display the cart content popup? or directly a snippet to disable it….
