close accordian widget; center text in row

Good Morning!
I’m having 2 problems I can’t figure out:
1. I’d like the accordian widget to be closed when the page opens.
2. I’d like the 3rd row down (“Professionals in Plaza’s staff …”) to be centered.
I tried
#panel-93-2-0-0 .panel-widget-style {
margin: auto;
}
which didn’t work.
