Comments not showing up on all posts, just some?

I noticed this weekend some of my post are not showing the “Leave a comment” box at the end of the articles. Some are though?

I checked with the WordPress support forums and checked all my settings. Everything is in place so comments should show. On the posts where the comments are not showing the option, in the discussion tab, to enable comments is selected. I also verified in the Discussion Tab in settings in the WordPress Dashboard was selected to enable comments.
I wanted to check with you guys to see if you noticed anything in the theme that maybe causing the issue before I go into pluggin checking mode.
