Compatibility bug with plugin

Hi,
in this page *Login to see link you can find the first row using this short code [product_category category=”cheques” limit=”4″ ] to display the products….
in the second row we intalled this plugin *Login to see link to use the woocommerce product page builder widget….
As you can see the second line doesn’t appears…. we already sent a support ticket to the plugin author and they answered saying that is a theme problem…
Can you check the problem with this informations or you need to know more about the problem type?
