Conflict between Ascend Premium and GiveWP

Hi,
According to GiveWP tech support, this script breaks their recurring donation form (disabling it in browser dev tools gets rid of the problem):
themes/ascend_premium/assets/js/min/bootstrap-min.js
It’s easy to trigger the problem:
2. Select a recurring donation frequency other than monthly.
3. Click Donate and then note that Monthly is displayed at the bottom for donation frequency.
Can you point me in the right direction? This is def far beyond my meager JS skills. Thanks!
