Hi

I have implemented a gift card plugin on my dev website which has Ascend Premium and Woo Extras installed, and also implemented it on a simple website with Virtue Theme and no extras. The plugin displays the gift card product properly on the website with no extras – it has a drop-down for the different price bands (you can see it here: but on my dev website, I just get blank boxes to represent the price bands but there’s no where to change this to a drop-down: (you can see it here:

We have used the variation swatches on a different product type (subscriptions) – with images, so that’s why I think it’s a conflict related to Woo Extras.

Is there a way to make the variation swatches only active for the subscriptions product so that it doesn’t affect this new product type used for gift cards? I want the appearance of the gift card on my dev site to match the gillsbarrow one.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks
Dom
