Confused on how to make new product template

Hi. Thanks for looking at my post for any help you can provide.
I am stuck on how to create a new product template.
Do you create it under within the template folder under where it says elemantor? Or do I choose product template under the products box?
I saw the video Ben made, but sadly this still has me confused.
