contact form not working

Hi i have set up contact form 7 AND when i test the email all is get is this in my inbox
From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]
Message Body:
[your-message]

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Tea2Body (*Login to see link )
Is there a reason that im not getting the email detail?
