Contact form sending me spam

I have the Pinnacle theme installed on two different websites. One of the sites has started started sending me spam through my Contact form. I visit both sites once a week to update plugins. Both sites use the same theme and plugins. Have I been hacked somehow, and if so – how can I fix it?
