Contact Form – Setup Email Sending to Google

Hi, I’m in trouble with the e-mail setup on the default Contact Form of Pinnacle to send to Google the message contents.
When a user clicks on the Send button, it retrieves a Delivered message but nothing comes to the email box.
Have you had configured the default contact form to a google account, if so, what are the steps to accomplish that?
