Hi,
I would like to use your contact form layout with other forms on my web site, so here are a few related questions:
1. Is there a shortcode for the form?
2. How do I add/change form fields?
3. How do I change the form text-area background color CSS?
4. I would like to position the form at the bottom of the Contact page – how do I change the default location (50% right)?
