Content display for wide and mobile

Hi Guys,
I want to have different variation of content display on mobile – I’m using a [content type=page name=stackhaus-features-3] in a “Custom HTML” widget of a Woo Template – and was hoping to have a second [content… ] and have each wrapped in a css id which I set display/hidden for either on their media css.
Will that work? Can you help out with the Custom css …?
