Creating a specific layout

Hi, I’m a big fan of the Kadence themes and block editor. The row and section structure is a great base for creating all kinds of layouts.
The one layout I’ve been wanting to create is still giving me some headaches on how to achieve, but maybe someone can help.
In the screenshot you can see what I mean. Basically I’d like to have a 1/3 – 2/3 layout where the content has the theme max-width but where the background of the first 1/3 section is fullscreen to the left. And the background of the second 2/3 section is fullscreen to the right.
