I have just purchased Kadence WooCommerce Extras and tried to install it on my site. The site is http://www.nevernever.shop

After installing the plugin I tried to activate it. After clicking the button a message came up with ‘Critical error’ and the entire site went down.

I had to quickly speak to our hosting provider (Cloudways) to deactivate the plugin as we have ads running for our site and cannot afford for the site to be down.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
