CSS needed to move a header and custom checkout fields

Alright, so I have Billing and then I have something I reffer to as player details currently my site says,
Billing — header
Player Details — header
Player Details — fields
billing — fields
What I would like to do is have the billing details display from the top left, and have the player details display on the top right, my concern being that the page is too long and this is why I would like this done.
