Date box misaligned with post title

Hello,
Sorry to keep posting on here so often… I just noticed a new problem arise where the date box on my blog posts are not lining up with the title. I had this issue before when I had the free version and was able to fix it with a bit of code. I found that piece of code and tried to use it with no luck. Any advise?
