Delayed mails after installing Virtue Premium

I have had the Virtue theme installed in my webshop for a long time, and today I upgraded to Virtue Premium. I checked the functions in the shop and contact page right after installation, and everything worked fine. But now, 6 hours later, the notification-mails from the shop and contactpage is delayed 15 minutes when I make a test buy/contact, and it seems the delay is getting worse… What is wrong? Please help, the mailnotifications are crucial for my webshop!
