Delaying fade out page header?

Hi everybody!
I was wondering if anyone knows how I could delay the fading out part of the page header? I have been looking through the files but can’t figure it out. It disappears to fast! I want viewers to see the page title longer when scrolling down.
Love to hear if someone knows how to do this.

If possible it would also be pretty to move the page content up when the page header is disappearing. I’ve seen it on sites but haven’t tried it yet. This isn’t a necessity, just if you happen to know it and it’s not to much trouble. Then I would like to know how…
