Demo 1 fixed topbar + navigation

In demo 1, when we scroll the page down, the topbar + navigation is fixed to the top.
I know by importing the style_01_theme_options_import.txt will make it work BUT what if I already had my page in process, is there a plug in to do this? Or I have to do the import and do everything again?
