Didn’t receive a message left in a form block

Hello!
I was watching recording of the website’s visitors activity. I see on the video that user left a message in a form block, but I didnt receive any notification about it and I also dont see in it a database in the backend.
Is it possible to check why it happened? Are there any spam filters that blocked the message?
