different first site for mobile / smartphon

Hallo Ben,
I’m working on http://www.ergolifter.eu
The owner wished a image map with his photos… (I know…)
Off course the links of the image map don’t function correctly in a responsive design.
I think, it’s hard work to create a vector-graphic instead of the jpg to realise the image map also in the mobile version, isn’t it ?
(in two month he will ask for another fotos, I guess)
So: is it possible, to change the graphic only for mobile version or … to use another start-site in the mobile version?
