Different Header/Site Title font on mobile

I’ve used a Custom Font for the Site Title ( Vivaldi ) and it works fine on my desktop but shows up as Lato?? on tablet & cell phone.
I don’t know if when you have an unusual font the device-computer need to have those loaded to display it, which to me explains why it won’t show on my cheap cell or tablets???
Anyways if I can’t get the Vivaldi to display on those devices is there a way to change the default/backup text to something else?
Playball prefered.
