Different home page for mobile

Hi there,

I have been making use of the mobile menu feature to build some slightly different, simpler pages for mobile on the website; http://181.224.148.70/~sarah

However, the home page has buttons with links on it that now need to go to different pages dependant on whether they are on a mobile device or not.
Is there any way to set the home page on a mobile device to a different one or make the links dual functioning?
