Different Picture Size in Home Custom Carousel Settings

Hello,
I have two site. mydomain.de and mydomain.com
in the .com page is all perfect. The picture have alle the same size, but in the .de page, there is a big problem, and i really dont know, how they do the size different of the picture.
Here are picture from the .com page, how it look like:
and here is a picture of my .de page, why is the size different???
please help me, i want to cry, because i dont understand, i have all the same settings..
