Disabled Page Title Messes up Topbar Icons

Hey guys, I got a little problem with my topbar because I disabled the Page Title on all of my pages. Now the header is displaying the colored version but the topbar icons are still white. As shown here *Login to see link
It should act like the home page. I think the problem is that even though its displaying the colored header, the header is not in the sticky state so that the CSS for the topbar doesn’t kick in.
