Display featured image and excerpt on list of posts

Hi
I’m going round and round in circles on this.

I have just updated one of my websites (www.visitpewseyvale.co.uk) to premium having done some testing on a local version.

For some reason, I don’t think the Import of the old site’s options worked correctly as there are all sorts of things I’m having to reset which I didn’t need to do in my testing! Anyway, I am where I am and one of the things that has definitely gone backwards is a page that displays all posts with a category of Walking or Cycling or Driving. These options are in the topbar of the site and they used to list with the featured image on the left and an excerpt on the right and everything looked very nice – I can email you a print screen of what it used to look like.

There is probably an option somewhere that needs to be switched, but I really can’t find it.

Any ideas?
