Displaying Login Logout Link in the Primary Menu

I tried using the plugins that help me either show login or logout on the primary menu and Top Bar.
That is when is_user_logged_in(), show “Log Out” as Menu item and when !is_user_logged_in(), show “Log In” as Menu item in the Primary Menu. There is a plugin called “If Menu” that helps with displaying menu items when conditions are met. However, this plugin doesn’t work with Virtue premium theme. Another plugin that provides conditional display of menu item also doesn’t work. They do work when I’ve other theme. Can you please suggest a workaround/solution?
I really enjoy this theme and am looking to build a woocommerce website.
