Hello,
I’m embedding HTML code from a third party into a post to collect entries for a contest, but I’m encountering a double scroll bar on the left side (see attached screenshot).
I reached out to the provider, and they advised the following:
“Our embeds are designed to occupy the full height and width of the container they’re placed in. It seems that a height may be set on the container, which could be squeezing the embed and causing the scroll bar. Most WordPress themes/builders have a setting that allows you to adjust the container height.”
I’ve attempted to modify the post layout and content style, but the double scroll bar issue persists across both mobile and desktop in Chrome and Edge. Interestingly, in Firefox, the scroll bar appears initially when the page loads but is removed after the user scrolls down.
Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue?
