Double Slash in adv. Gallery with svg file

Hello Ben,
site audit found some double slashes on the site
It is a svg file i use in an advanced gallery
On frontend in the browser it says the URL is
/wp-content/uploads//2021/02/choppy.svg
but the file is definitely
/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/choppy.svg
Do you have any idea where the “//” comes from?
