dropdown menu bar to drop down instantly, rather than fade

I’m trying to get the dropdown menu bar to drop down instantly (rather than in a fade)
I think it would suggest more efficiency in what I’m truing to achieve with this website, if the bar dropped down super quick.
Is this possible to do?
