Dropdown With Icon Option Missing For Topbar Icon Menu

Hello,
I have the same problem as this poster did a little over a year ago and I have quoted below. This question wasn’t marked as resolved. The OP was asked for a link and I can provide a screenshot if you would like. I really do need to add another icon to the topbar and I’m only given and upload button. Also, I’m using a Virtue Premium Child theme with Version: 4.5.1 of Virtue Premium.

I have virtue premium. this is when i go to the top bar menu through theme options. the icon bar goes (dropdown with icon option) is missing if i want to add new icons to the topbar. I have older icons that show the icons but if i try to add a new icon, the bar doesn’t show.”
