Dummy Shop Page

I have set up a page called “Shop” to balance out my menu. We won’t be utilizing the shop page for some time, so in the mean time I put up some dummy content. For some reason, even though I have not set this anywhere, this page is choosing to display products (there are none) instead of the dummy content. I even went so far as to set up a second shop page (Shop1) and set this as the Shop page in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products >> Display but now they BOTH are coming up as the shop page.

Is there any way to to let this shop page just be a normal page for the time being, and use it to display products in the future?
