Dutch theme not fully supported?

I bought the premium theme yesterday and am trying to make a nice homepage with pagebuilder. I’d like to have a parallax picture in my call to action button and in this video they show how to do that: *Login to see link

When i do the same thing as she does in the video i get less options, and nothing like parallax..

I can upload a screenshot if necessary.

So is it true the dutch version has less options?

I would be fine with an english version but I don’t wanna redo all the work I did, do you have an easier solution?
