Dynamic Content – Icon List

Hello,
dynamic content is a great feature. I know it works fine with RowLayouts or Headlines e.g. (single static variables/contents)
But it is also possible to make dynamic Icon Lists with a dynamic count of list items?
For exmaple i have a CPT Template. Each Post has one List with 3-8 List Items.
Would it be possibe to show only the exact number of list items within a icon list? (So one post has 2 list items, another 8.)
Same for every Block with an iteration (Quote Slider etc.)
