Dynamic Logo for Header

I am using the Agency template: *Login to see link
I see that the text where the logo/name of company changes color when the page is at the top and when you scroll down.
I am currently using the all black version of my logo but I would like to use the all white version of my logo when it is at the top of the page because the all black version of my logo is hard to read.
This is how the head looks like looks like at the top of the page
