Elements not appearing after URL update

I realize that this may not be specific to the Virtue theme, but I am a little desperate to resolve this issue. After updating the Site URL, WP Address URL (in WP and in the database) and setting the Permalinks (this was done by the Support person at my hosting company), The slider, the call-to-action background image and the Footer image no longer appear on my site. Also, the Page Builder plugin (in the backend) text is white (impossible to see). Before those changes were made, it was working perfectly 🙁 All very strange, in fact their ATS team is still working on trying to figure out the problem — so far without success. I wonder if someone could take a look at the site and offer any helpful suggestions, please. Wanderlust Balloons.
