Embedded 9×16 Vimeo video too tall for screen

Greetings.
I have an embedded Vimeo video, shot vertically for social media, that is too tall for a standard screen (you can see this at *Login to see link under Prison Education Project PSA).
Is there a way to constrain the height so it will fit on screen? Can this also be done for mobile devices when held horizontally (right now it only fits when held vertically)?
